Red rock canyon

Well yesterday we went on the red rock canyon tour and it was amazing and I would highly recommend this to anyone going Vegas .... Our tour guide mark was great picked us up at the hotel and then dropped us back ...

We went as far as 5000 feet above sea level to the point in winter that place is covered in feet of snow yet it's so hot today ... And believe it or not if we wanted too only 40 mins away we could go skiing ... I know in Nevada but up on those mountains there is snow and lots of it ...

Later in the evening we went to eat at a place called olives very nice but not cheap and be careful they bring out bread and olives for you to try but we were warned that its not free and you will be charged if you eat it ... For a meal a cocktail and a dessert it cost us around $55 each so be warned it is more high end and the restaurant is at the Bellagio and if you can try and book well in advanced and for the patio so you can get a great view of the fountains at night .... We however did not get to sit there as it was so busy but we got to see them afterwards outside and they were amazing.... Another place I have heard for a great view is at the eiffel tower ....

Also check out the gardens inside the Bellagio it's not to be missed and its all free too ..... thanks to the Marco Polo Las Vegas guidebook which informed us of some of these fab places ....

Then after that we walked up the strip back towards our hotel and stopped and one or two shops before crashing out in our hotel for the night ....
